Comida di Buteco 2011 - O festival dos bares vai começar! The Festival will start!

O Comida di Buteco inicia sua temporada no dia 15 de abril em Belo Horizonte e outras cidades brasileiras, na capital mineira traz para as mesas dos bares, os sabores do Vale do Jequitinhonha no norte do estado.


Cada um dos 41 participantes, cuja lista oficial é um segredo a ser revelado apenas um dia antes do evento, deverá escolher no mínimo um dos ingredientes escolhidos para representar a região do Vale. Na lista de ingredientes está o pequi, o buriti, manteiga de garrafa, feijão andu, carne de sol, peixes do rio São Francisco entre outros ingredientes que fazem desta região uma das mais ricas em sabores, que são para muitas pessoas, desconhecidos ou até mesmo inimagináveis.

Abrigando o Festival há mais de 10 anos, BH será a única cidade a ter como tema o Vale do Jequitinhonha, desta vez participam cidades como Belém, Manaus e Salvador, entre as 15 cidades que farão parte deste circuito.

Também é bom lembrar que não é somente por causa dos bares que este festival ficou famoso, durante todo período do concurso, os bares viram palco para apresentações culturais, pocket show, satnd up commedy cantores e várias atrações.

Para o concurso serão avaliados os pratos, a cerveja mais gelada, higiene e o atendimento. A festa de saideira está programada para os dias 21 e 22 tendo como atração o cantor Luiz Melodia. Vale a pena tentar ir a um maior número de bares possível e não deixar de votar!



The Festival Comida di Buteco begins its season on April 15th in Belo Horizonte and other Brazilian cities, in Belo Horizonte brings to the tables of the bars, the flavors of the Jequitinhonha´s Valley in upstate.

Each of the 41 participants, whose official list is a secret to be revealed just a day before the event, should choose at least one of the ingredients selected to represent the Valley region. In the list of ingredients finds a tipical fruit named pequi, buriti a kind of nut that grow in a palm, clarified butter, Andu a kind of green beans, corned beef, fish from the river San Francisco among other ingredients that make this region one of the richest in flavor for many people, or even unknown for others.

Making this Festival for over 10 years, BH is the only city to have as its theme the Jequitinhonha Valley, that have at this time participating cities such as Belem, Manaus and Salvador, among the 15 cities taking part in this circuit.

Also, remember that it is not only because of the bars that this festival became famous throughout the contest period, the bars become a stage for cultural performances, pocket show, stand up commedy, singers and various attractions.

For the competition will be judged the dishes, the coldest beer, hygiene and attendance. The "saideira" party is scheduled for 21 and 22 having as attracted the singer Luiz Melodia. It is worth trying to go to a larger number of bars and not fail to vote!
